He said softly, sighing a bit, "I'd have to apply for an official adoption, and I already don't have custody of one child, which won't look good. Plus I'm single, and generally they're more willing to give children to couples."

he blinked. “well, technically you have joint custody. and that single thing can easily be fixed.”

[peridot.]

He blinked and said, eyebrows going up, "It.... Can? How exactly?"

[dannychan]

he shrugged. “just go with someone and get a marriage certificate.”

[peridot.]

Danny's eyes widened a bit, and he shook his head, "Jesus, I'm not just gonna get married to somebody randomly."

he droned. “i’m not suggesting that, dumbass.”

He frowned and said, huffing a bit, "Well that's sure what it fucking sounded like."

he frowned. “oh no. i know that face danny. what’s wrong?”

Danny frowned a bit and said, shifting uncomfortably, "I just... I can't believe somebody just left this boy... I wanna take care of him... I kinda wanna just... Keep him."
