Lance frowned, quickly glanced around. He then rested his hand on the tree. He drew in a deep breath before forcing himself to his feet. He almost collapsed again, but manages to sty on his feet. "Keith...Run." He said, looking ahead when he saw the horde returning. "You're faster then me. I'll only drag you down. Go. Take the dog and run." Lance said. "I'll be the distraction." He said.

he frowned. "no, lance." he said and helped him up.

Lance winced, watching him. "Keith...Dont argue. Please. Go save yourself. You know its hopeless for me anyway. If I lose my leg, it will either get infected or I'll be slowed down from crutches or something. We dont have anything to clean the wound with. But you, you're healthy. You still have a fighting chance." He said. He rested a hand on his arm. "Now, go." He murmured.

he hissed. "i fucking said no. i'm not leaving you behind, dammit!"

Lance watched him. He glanced over, seeing the horde approaching them. He drew in a deep breath before nodding. He fought through the pain, starting to limp quickly. He whistled and the dog turned, trotting quickly beside them.

he helped him along, frowning. "give me your gun." he said.

He nodded, reaching back. He grabbed his gun, hanging it to him. "...Dont waste the bullets unless absolutely necessary." He said.

he frowned. "if you wanna slow down this horse, you know it is." he said, and spotted a deer close by. he aimed and shot it right between the eyes.

He blinked, looking over. The deer suddenly fell over. The horde seemed to draw over to the deer. Lance blinked, watching them before looking ahead.

he frowned. "that'll slow them down for a foot five minutes. if we find another deer, we should make it back to camp and then hunk can carry you."
