Once the other was back in his old clothes, Arthur picked up the regal wear and said softly, "What do I have to do after we drop this at the tailor...?"

merlin pulled out an entire list, reading it off. there was quite a bit to do in the way of set up.

Arthur blinked and listened, slowly feeling more and more exhausted already. Sighing, he mumbled softly, "Dear god Merlin... I'm going to die before the day's end."

he set w hand in his arm. “that’s why i’m here.”

Blinking when he felt the hand on his arm, Arthur glanced down at the other for a moment with slightly wide eyes before saying softly, "I... I suppose that's true."

he nodded and smiled.
