 he has this nasty habit of isolating himself from other people because of the traumatic experience of losing his parents and how no one seems to believe him about anything whether it be his parents being murdered or that he's capable of looking after himself and how he doesn't need a goddamn babysitter heck
 the most awkward bundle you will ever meet especially when it comes to any sort of communication with girls cough cough lorelai. even when it isn't girls he's talking to, he is so awkward because he hasn't really developed social skills due isolation
 issa really smart son who has a really high iq and is good with technology and fixing things but also could lowkey kick your ass once lorelai teaches him how to actually fight and defend himself from people who want to hurt him
 scared of getting too close to people because he has the gear that he is going to get hurt by whomever he gets close to even though that's never happened
 he's got all this money from his inheritance but he has no idea what to do with it because he already has everything he could ever need lbr at some point once him an lorelai are like sorta kinda a thing, he uses it to like buy her gifts
 kinda probs becomes more assholish when he gets older but don't worry he's got someone to put him in his place and keep him in line
