 cassidy pietro jasperson was born on june seventeenth to cassandra and lukas jasperson and he has one older brother, ashton, whom he kind of gets along with
 he deals with anxiety that leads to panic attacks. this attacks have sent him to the hospital because there are times where he can't move or breathe, it's so bad. on top of his severe anxiety, cassidy suffers from an alcohol and drug addiction. this was brought on by all the pain and trauma in his past with the gang violence. there have been instances of him overdosing on something. cassidy has been in and out of rehab multiple times but nothing seems to help and he just relapses
 looks like he'd be a jackass but really he is just someone who is very emotionally unstable and doesn't like to admit how he truly feels and sleeps around a lot to avoid confronting any actual romantic feelings. for most of his life it is just every night he was with a new guy in bed and the next morning he doesn't even remember their name and it never happens again with the same guy
 his home life as a child was far from pretty. with his father and older brother involved in a gang, there was never a peaceful moment in the house. his mother tried desperately to get a divorce but his father always prevented it and it only made things worse in the household
 cassidy isn't the only family member to suffer with alcohol. his elder brother started drinking at age fifteen and spiraled into alcoholism and rehab hasn't helped and this has resulted in violent outburts from his brother towards his wife and children which actualy results in a lot of fear from cassidy towards his big bro
 tw abuse grew up around a lot of gangs and his father and older brother were part of a notorious gang. because of this, cassidy's father was rather abusive towards cassidy and his mother because they were perceived as weak. this lead to a lot of the anxiety problems that cassidy has nowadays especially when it comes to human contact. his father would constantly hit him and yell vulgar things
 he is actually allergic to beef and is a full fledged vegetarian because of his dietary restrictions and all of that
 is a lot nicer than you would think and is a big sweetheart but don't get on the wrong side because he will kick the ass of whoever hurts someone he loves and cares about without a second thought because he is fiercely protective
 trying to get through to him about his problems so he can get better is like talking to a brick wall, he blocks all of it out and refuses help because he doesn't think he deserves help because he is too much of a fuck up to be worthy of anything good
 dated jamie castillo briefly and they broke things off and then, by a stroke of luck or fate or even destiny, a couple years later ran into each other again and thus blossomed a beautiful relationship and you bet your ass they are still going strong and are very much in love and how could you not ship cassamiee they are goals
 is really scared of his own feelings and it took him forever to admit that he loves jamie and it was awkward and he didn't say those three words at first he just rambled about what they had was everything to him and that jamie was everything to him and just somehow managed to say that he loves him
