he looked up and moved carl a bit behind him, watching in that direction.

Carl blinked, shifting a bit once behind Daryl. After a minute, a deer suddenly leaped from the bushes before falling into the ground. The deer struggled to get back up, but couldn’t. Carl watched, his eyes wide. The deer looked like something had been eating it alive, and it had escaped. It seemed to have been torn open, but it wasn’t dead yet. The deer continued thrashing a bit as it tried to get up, its eyes wide and breaths panicked.

Carl stared at it before slowly moving over to the deer. He then slowly knealt beside it. The deer let out a scared bleat. Carl shsuhed it softly, gently reaching out and setting a hand on its forehead. Carl then started to pet the deer slowly. The deer seemed to stop struggling after a momemt and just laid there. Carl continued to gently pet the deer, trying to soothe it as best as he could. The deer seemed to have warmed up to him. It soon shifted its head, resting it on Carl’s lap. After a minute, the deer’s breathing had stopped and it’s body had gone limp. Carl stopped petting it, glancing down at the deer.

daryl blinked and hesitated. “carl, come on..”

Carl frowned. “Walkers must have gotten to him.” He whisoered. Poor guy. No one should ever have to go like that. Carl set the deer’s head down on the ground before getting to his feet. He started moving over to Daryl but stopped when he spotted a large pack of wolves approaching them. They were growling, slowly stalking over to them. Carl froze

he frowned and took out his gun, frowning. “carl, run back.” he ordered.

Carl froze. He looked Daryl over. “Daryl, wait...They May just smell the deer. They may not want to harm us.” Carl said

he hissed. “what did i just say?” he snapped. “go!”

Carl flinched, but nodded. He then turned, starting to run off. Some of the wolves looked at Carl and suddenly snarled. A few of the pack members started sprinting after Carl.

he quickly started to fire at the wolves, not hitting anything too vitals but enough to get him carl away safely.

Some of the wolves that were hit instantly backed out, Yelping in pain. The other wolves started running at Daryl, barking and snapping at him.

After a momemt, a loud roar could be heard. The wolves stopped, looking over at the direction the roar came from. After a minute, a large tiger advances towards them. It’s eyes scanned the wolves as it let out another roar at the wolves. The wolves moved their attention away from Daryl to the tiger. The wolves then lungs at the tiger. The first one that reached it, the tiger instantly raised one of its massive paws, smacking the wolf and sending it skidding. The other wolves seemed to back away before running off. Shortly after, the other wolves followed the rest of the pack.

The tiger growled, watching as they left. It then flicked its ear, slowly turning to face Daryl. It eyed him warily, pinning its ears back.
