He smiled a bit as he pulled back, resting his head against the other's, "You know I was going to have those laws repealed anyways, right? That's why I wanted those books."

he nodded. "i wanted to make sure."

[peridot.]

He gently kissed the other on the nose, saying softly, "Although... This does kind of explain a lot of things. Like why I haven't died like... Hundreds of times over."

he smiled and nodded. "mhm. and how you didn't die getting that flower to heal me."

[peridot.]

"That was because of you?" He said, smiling a little bit and raising his eyebrows.

he blinked. "from what you described, yes. aparently i said your name a lot in my feverish state." he giggled.

He blinked and laughed, saying quietly as he moved his head to the other's shoulder, gently kissing his shoulder and smiling, "I'm sure that must've been fun to listen to. Would've given anybody the wrong idea."

he nuzzled into him, sighing. "i'm sorry.."

"It's alright, at least you told me eventually." He said softly, hugging the other gently and kissing him deeply.
