Kyle coughed a bit before looking down at Ike. Ike was shaking, but physically he didn’t look harmed. Kyle though...It was clear he had sustained some burns from the fire. Craig frowned.
“Jesus guys we should get you to a hospital.†Craig said, watching them. Kyle blinked, keeping his gaze down. Craig frowned, looking around. Good. There were a few ambulances here. They could at least give Kyle some oxygen just to get his breathing normal again. Craig then moved over to the ambulance and spoke to one of the paramedics there. After a minute, one man moved over, helping Kyle to his feet and then helped him to the ambulance. They then got an oxygen tank running and gave him the mask to breathe through for a bit. They then started checking Ike over while someone else tended to Kyle’s burns.

carlos has taken ike and was holding him tightly as they moved to the ambulance with kyle and craig. “craig, call sheila, tell her what happened.†he said and kissed ike’s head in an attempt to calm him. “hey, you’re ok, buddy..â€Â

Craig nodded. He stayed close though and then dialed up Sheila’s number.
Kyle seemed to be a bit out of it. Ike shook, but gave a faint nod. He then looked up at Kyle. “...Is brother going to be okay?†Ike asked quietly

he nodded. “yeah. kyles like.. one of the strongest guys i know.†he said gently. “not as strong as dwayne the rock, or flex tape, but he’s pretty damn strong.â€Â

Ike watched Kyle. He looked pretty worried. He didn’t say anything more though. He just watched as the medic wrapped some bandages around Kyle’s arms to cover the burns. They had put some gel under the bandages that would help with any burning sensation he felt.

he frowned. “they’re gonna take his to the hospital, soon. but, look on the bright side- your classes will probably have less work to do.â€Â

Ike frowned, watching him. After a minute, Craig moved over. “Hey little buddy. Your mom is going to be here soon.†Craig said, ruffling his hair softky.

After a few minutes, Kyle seemed to regain some focus. He groaned a bit, blinking a few times before looking over at them. He looked around, seeming to get an idea of where he was. He then slowly lowered the oxygen mask, looking them over.
“...Are you okay Ike?†Kyle asked. Ike nodded. “Good...†Kyle whispered. His voice sounded a bit hoarse and weak.
