- primarily goes by santi rather than santiago, sometimes people call him tiago, ti, or tio

- trigger warning: suicide when santi was around twelve, his fourteen year old sibling informed him that they wanted to transition from female to male. santi always had a feeling that they felt uncomfortable in their own body so the lil flower was completely 100% supportive. when his brother came out to his parents, his parents took a while to get used to the idea, but eventually they did. unfortunately, alejando came out to their parents around the time they moved to santiago de compostela, which is a relatively more religious area of spain. ale was bullied intensely and was greatly depressed, resulting in ale killing himself. santi as devestated, since he was the closest with ale out of all of his siblings. his mother was ripped apart by the suicide of her son and his father fell into a depression as well. eventually the family moved to barcelona when santi was fifteen, mainly because his parents could not live in the other town without the constant reminders of their late son.
