Dean had been wandering with his brother for a while now. Since the apocalypse started, those two had been inseparable. They were string together and had managed to survive this long together. Sam was more of the scouting guy and Dean was the sharpshooter. Sam was currently keeping a lookout, his gaze scanning their surroundings.
Dean looked around as well, frowning a bit. It was quiet. Not that he minded the calm. But he was used to things being chaotic.

daryl had been following these guys for about two weeks now, staying out of sight at all times and keeping the hearing thing on. finally, he had decided they'd be good for alexandria. he would leave his plavce in the bushes, slowly moving behind them. he cleared his throat, holding his hands up to show that he wasn't a danger to them.

Sam blinked, spotting movements in the bushes. He quickly drew his pistol, aiming it at Daryl. He looked him over. "Who are you?" Sam asked. Dean stopped, looking at Daryl. He glanced him over, frowning.

"Lower the gun, Sam." Dean said. Sam narrowed his eyes, but slowly lowered his gun.

he stayed calm, frowning. "daryl." he said simply. "how many walkers have yall killed?"

Sam glanced him over. "Between the two of us, we've killed about thirty." Dean said, watching Daryl. That was a bit of an odd question. Did a number really matter?

he frowned. "how many people have you killed?"

[Leafwing12]

Sam and Dean were silent. People? Did this guy think they were murderers? Sam frowned. "We haven't killed anyone but walkers." Sam said, watching him. Dean nodded in agreement.

he hummed. "why?" he finally asked. the last question.

He frowned. "Why? Why what?" Dean asked, watching him.

he frowned. "it's a simple question. why haven't you killed people?"
