joeys day hadn't gone too well. he had tripped and fallen, scraping up his hands to where it stung if they moved, he had spilled something down his front, and the audition had gone horribly. joey looked up at chandler and sighed. "i didn't get it." he said and shrugged off his jacket, setting it on the counter and moving to run his cut up palms under the sink.

[peridot.]

Blinking and frowning a little bit, he said quietly, "Oh wow, what the heck were they having you do for this audition? They know they're not supposed to injured you, right?" He joked softly, moving over to the other and glancing at his hands, "You probably wanna bandage those up."

[dannychan]

he shook his head. "it wasn't them, don't worry. i tripped and landed on my hands. they've been stinging all day." he sighed, moving to turn the water off. "where's the rubbing alcohol?"

[peridot.]

"It's in the bathroom, here I'll get it for you." He said, moving over to the bathroom and coming back a few minutes later with a soft towel and the rubbing alcohol, saying softly, "If you've been walking around with them all day, I hope they're not infected."

[dannychan]

he shook his head. "i've hardly touched anything. don't worry." he said, sitting on one of their bar stools. "what about you? how was your blind date?"

[peridot.]

He reached out to gently take the other's hands and began to clean them, wincing as the other asked about his date. He sighed and said quietly, "Well, unfortunately, Phoebe still seems very convinced that I'm into people with signifigantly more penis than I'm used to. He was very nice, though."

[dannychan]

he laughed and shook his head. "at least she's trying."

[peridot.]

He sighed and said as he cleaned, shaking his head, "I know, but no matter how many times I've told her that I'm not gay, she never believes me. Today after the date she went on a rant about how she could sense it from my aura."

[dannychan]

he chuckled and sighed. "she did that with me when we first met."

Chanlder had spent the entie day with his friends trying to figure out why everyone seemed to be saying he had a 'vibe' of being gay. It wasn't exactly as if he actually was gay, right? He'd had this same dilemna a few years ago, but it was really becoming more prevalent now, considering that three of his coworkers and Phoebe had tried to set him up with guys recently, and Phoebe had even mumbled something about hs 'aura' knowing what it wanted. He sighed as he sat on his bed, flopping back and closing his eyes and trying to relax. He was interrupted by the sound of the door opening, however, and he slowly got up, heading out and smiling a little when he saw Joey, "Hey, how'd your big audition today go?" Hopefully if he distracted the other, he woukdn't ask about his blind date that was set up by Phoebe.
