stuff we need to discuss:

- new ranks, diverting from dungeons and dragons, away from anything game of thrones vibe. make ranks clear and easy to understand.
- dungeon crawling, need ideas for dungeons other than what i have/will share
- public events/house events!! i'm really bad at these so i need good ideas, also need incentives to join smaller houses and balance it out?
- also need to clean up the stickies, may have to make a sort of directory and post the guide in the OOC board maybe?
- speaking of guide, need to start a new one once everything is ready.
edit: and - work on/decide a board header!! almost forgot oops

also guys try to avoid posting too rapidly/flooding the thread since i really don't want to get left behind when i sleep, try not to chat too much.

and i wont probably say too much but just on the subject of theme--diverting away from D&D and GoT, do you want to specifically shoot for another theme, like another sort of high fantasy?

that's what I was kinda hoping for but it's a lil hard to do without something that sounds political like a court or something. so I'm thinking - and danny kinda suggested this - something along the lines of the brotherhood of steel from fallout, which is like a fraternity?

the other suggestion was the companions from the elder scrolls skyrim, which is a group of mercenaries, hunters, and warriors that have like a banded group together. however we're cutting out the lycanthropy write of passage dw

so basically, more like a brotherhood and a family rather than what we have now with a monarchy, mainly because for the most part, the bastion doesn't feel like that at all, and it shouldn't? talisman sees his clan like his children so why not make it feel like a family, right?

As for house events, since you suggested a family vibe, perhaps team based ones where each individual has to work together in a house?
