Personality: A girl with a straightforward personality. She can be very honest and blunt, and she is angered easily, but for the most part, she is a calm, relaxed girl. She is very kind, but she can also be really oblivious.
History: Coming from Japan, her parents moved to England so she could attend a good school. Although she speaks English well, she is still an outsider, so she has no idea about the current state of things-- especially a war that her family is unaware of until they land in England.

Appearance: Leyko is 6'0" tall with long red hair and bright, blue eyes. When she was younger, she wore a knee-length pink dress with a pink bow in her hair and black flats, as she grew her clothing style has changed. When she was captured, she wore a white nightgown, which everyone else around her wore. Once she escaped, she wore a light purple tank top, with a black jacket, blue jeans, and black boots. She wears her hair pulled back with her bangs lose.
Personality: Leyko is sweet, kind, and shy at times. When she first meets the Rebels, she is scared of them, but then she gets used to being around them. She also has a bad side to her. When she gets mad, she shoots fire from her hands.
History: Leyko has had the ability to use and control fire since she was eight. After about three years she developed her healing and mind reading powers. At the age of ten, her family was captured by scientist and were tested on. At the age of fourteen, she escaped and joined the Rebels and became a healer.
Likes: Reading, writing, and quite a time
Dislikes: The war that was started because of people like her

Do they meet in school and maybe Rei sees her using powers and gets super curious and your character tells her to keep it a secret and explains there's a war and secret society etc.? ^^

Somehow both are excused from class at a slightly different time. Leyko could be heading off somewhere because she had gotten mad and decided to use her powers in secret to calm herself and then Rei finds her, and seeing what she is doing sneaks up on her and asks her what she is doing.

They could be in the same class. Yeah since they are different ages, Leyko could have started early which put them in the same class.

ic: It was just another normal day for Rei.
  Even though she was in class, she wasn't paying attention; instead, she was staring out the window, wondering what it'd be like if she was a cloud.
  It didn't take long for the teacher to notice this, and even though Rei got decent scores in her class, this couldn't be overlooked.
  "If you're so interested in not paying attention to this class, Rei, then why don't you just leave?"
  Whether or not it was purely meant to be a snide remark, Rei took the teacher seriously anyway.
  "Okay." Getting up from her seat, she simply walked out of the room, and the flabbergasted look the teacher sent her didn't reach her.
  Guess I'll just wander around the school, she thought. And without another thought about class (and how she was probably going to be marked down for this), the long-haired, ponytailed brunette strolled away.

She had been mad since about eight that morning since people couldn't help but make fun of her for being only one in the class and her family with long red, her height didn't help either. She sat there listening to the as others around her whisper about her. Of course, she raised her hand hoping that she could get out of the classroom.
