Welcome to our newest discussion thread on the OOC community. As a staff team, we are committed to ensuring that Bearbones is a welcoming and inclusive community which everyone can enjoy. In order to ensure that this is the case, we would like to hear from you what you would like to see in the OOC community here on Bearbones!
Firstly, I'd like to quickly go over some ideas that we are thinking of implementing in order to see what everyone is most interested in.
— Staff. Firstly, we'd like to increase the staff team over time and give Community Assistants more responsibilities in order to prepare them for future promotions. We want to include a section in the site rules clarifying the expectations of the staff team, including OOC activity around the site.
— Work on advertising the site in order to encourage newcomers to join.
— Creating a Google form for anonymous complaints to lessen the anxiety/stress of coming forward to express concerns to staff. The form can be entirely anonymous if you wish.
— More OOC contests and competitions to get to know other members better.
— Work on updating the leader requirements to make being a leader less stressful, especially during slow periods.
