Blinking slowly, slightly disoriented as he returned to consciousness, the weight on his chest reminding him that he really shouldn't move too much. The hammock was still swaying somewhat, and Honey looked if not asleep, then at least really peaceful to him. It was mid-afternoon, the two of them had decided to take a break for a few hours, just to show Honey how the hammock worked. It was weird, realizing how little she'd experienced. A nap in a hammock, for example, was something that Lysander didn't mind showing to her.
His hand was absently tracing the edge of her jaw, gazing off into the distance as he wondered how this had all managed to fall into place. It was so.. weird, and unusual, and yet - Lysander wouldn't dare try and trade it or change it. It was these little things that made him realize he had finally had something good going for him - something that he couldn't risk messing up. Not many people appreciated a nap in a hammock like she would.
