Hey guys! I would be really grateful if you could spare a moment to quickly fill out this survey on Flintlock Lodge! It would be really helpful to have some feedback on the group so that we can work together on developing in further. Thank you in advance!

And!! Whilst we're at it!! I am curious to know whether any of you would be interested in a choice awards for Flintlock?! If anyone has any opinions for or against the concept, then please let me know! Personally, I've always felt somewhat iffy specifically about the idea of voting for everybody's favorite character and also OOC voting (voting for the funniest, most museful, most talented etc. roleplayer) because I feel like it can potentially suck the fun out of a lighthearted OOC event, but that is just how I feel! What's your guys' thoughts?

hello!!

i think a choice awards would be fun!! i personally am not a fan of voting for favorite characters, and ooc votes either, since i think it leaves room for people to feel disheartened or uncomfortable.. it can cause some hurt feelings. but that is also just me so who knows.

i'd love some good ol' choice awards !

i love choice awards!!
i do agree that i'm not a fan of the favorite character category and the ooc category
also maybe there could be like,,, a limit on the amount of times you vote for a character or something like that so there's more of a chance for everyone to get something?? but there aren't A Lot of characters at the moment so depending on how many categories/whatever there are that might be a bit difficult, so it's just a Thought

after reading i agree with hoot's idea about ooc stuff more than just not having them at all
maybe they can be lighthearted ones that nobody cares about winning/losing ??
like. prompts you'd find in a yearbook or something ASDF

i was thinking of doing a lot of "yearbook"-esque categories for the IC voting too, so i think it's a good idea to also keep OOC ones lighthearted instead of removing the category entirely.
also ! that's a good idea on the voting limit. how many votes per character you think? three? and perhaps four if one vote is a ship of some sort??

Just to let everyone know that I’m doing a quick turn around on the Flintlock survey and so it will be closing on Saturday 25th! If you haven’t shared your input yet then I highly recommend you do so as I’d love to hear everybody’s thoughts and suggestions. On Saturday, I will be discussing results and recommendations on how to improve the community as a whole! Thank you!!
