Gabriel had been in this enhanced soldiers program for about a few months now. He was one of the very few that had been accepted into it. Or one of the few that survived he guessed. They were bonded to symbiote’s. Those who survived? They were accepted into the program. And they all had enhanced abilities.

They had a new recruit however though. Someone by the names of Jack Morrison. He had survived the bonding process. So, Gabe decided to greet Jack and just help him feel relaxed here and help him get used to having a symbiote with him.

Gabe was currently waiting in the hanger, pacing back and forth, waiting for the ship to arrive that would drop off Jack.

jack.. hated this. he was always hungry. maddeningly hungry. he was constantly eating something, anything edible, really. as he left the transportation pod, he just happened to be eating.. a very large mcdonalds thing of fries. he was escorted out by four men in heavy swat gear holding rifles. jack really didn't look like much. he really looked like the average highschool football player, just a little older. maybe in his mid-late twenties.
he looked up when he spotted gabe and made a soft noise, wiping his salty fingers on his pants and holding out a hand to shake. "you must be my commanding officer!" he said. the higher up that had been on the ship sighed as she walked out. "this is john 'jack' francis morrison. he's still getting used to the symbiote, but he hasn't died yet. i assume you recieved his file?" she asked.

Gabriel looked at the higher up. He nodded. “Yes I have.” He said. He then glanced down at Jack, shaking his hand. He offered a soft smile. “Welcome Morrison. I can assure you the others here in my squad will treat you like family, so don’t be nervous about making a first impression.” Gabe murmured

jack smiled and nodded. “alright. thank you.” he said.

Gabe nodded. “Why don’t you head inside and go meet the others? They’ve been expecting you.” He daid

he blinked. “uh.. alright.” he said. aw, jackie, youre nervous. ”shut up, i’m not nervous!” he said to his symbiote

Gabe smiked, watching him. He then turned to talk to the higher up.

Inside was aroujd four other people. All around Jack and Gabe’s age. There was one woman who appeared a few years older then Jack.

jack slowly moved in, looking around at everyone. he hesitated, not knowing who to talk to first.

The others looked over at Jack and smiled. “Hey. You must be the new guy.l someone said, watching him. The woman smiled.

“Welcome to our small and dysfunctional family, Jack. My name is Ana Amari. It’s nice to meet you.” She murmjred

he smiled shuly. “yeah. you too..” he said softly.
