Edward took a couple steps closer, brushing past the crowd to get closer when the meeting was first called. He hadn't exactly expected much of interest, but all of a sudden he was called forward. So he stepped forward, emerald eyes gazing up curiously. He was... Director? Edward found himself dumbfound for a second. Once a traveler, a murderer, he was now a leader of a whole group. He once was a lone wolf, but yet, now he wasn't. He was a friend, and, now.. A leader. How strange. This should be fun.

"Thank you." Was Edward's excited response, clasping his fingers together as he slightly bowed his head. "I'll do well in your place." Edward sounded confident, and he was. He would become a corrupted politician now, in a way. It will be a ride, for everyone involved.

[div style="margin: auto; width: 50%; font-size: 11px; line-height: 13px; text-align: justify;"]only a day or two in flintlock and his target was stepping down. markov couldn't help but wonder why- did he know about the contract, perhaps? maybe someone he knew had told the man, though, only his bosses and the contractor knew of it.. so he doubted that was it. as he looked to edward, it was a quick decision on whether he should stay or not. "Pozdravlyayu.[sup]1[/sup]" he stated, though he didn't seem at all excited about the change. he guessed he would stay.. this guy didn't look like he could defend himself, and if his target left, that was just too bad for the contractor.
