ok so i've been on a fallout binge lately and i was wondering if anyone would be interested in a group like little lamplight?? They'd basically live in a little fortified cave just north of dc, and would be run by kids who are under either 16 or 18, and the leaders would MOSTLY be decided by the kids, or if the leader is deemed unfit, then someone can take over and such (with permission). the cave would most likely be lit by torches and candles, and the tunnels definitely aren't deep and are very much open so they'd still have air and such.
