[align=center][div style="width:500px;text-align:justify; line-height: 110%;"]Roleplaying Notes: Prioritize characters. Begin writing with one, and expand from there depending on your ability. Understand you are only casually roleplaying; if you want to rank up or build a reputation for a character, decrease your amount before doing so. Balance is key, don’t overestimate yourself, be patient with yourself. Writing is about enjoyment, not stress- don’t get sucked into the opposite end.

Note: I ask you please don’t use these ideas if you’re just reading them. I think you assume this already but just in case! Ty!

Activity is obviously one of the utmost issues, but to solve it longterm, I think we need to address why the site is becoming so inactive. Part of it is just member driven as some people choose to leave for personal reasons, but additionally, I think the site needs some change. If we want to push this RP site we both need to conform to the standards of other popular RP forums but also push our individuality. I think a way to do that is to remodel BB around our TNW plot. It’s extremely unique and when thinking of popular RP forums (such as all the jcink forums around tumblr or just in general what I see as most active forums) they focus around 1 overall theme.

Pros of this would be helping site members relatively all being able to RP with one another, not just divided in our current status of little RP groups. We could redesign the main theme (I was thinking of purchasing a custom code from a pro or a premium theme from SMFtricks) and design the layout around TNW- all survival and such. Many RPers are all about their aesthetic, so with that importance and the site revolving around TNW, it would immerse our members and help drive their muse.

We can’t just throw out our other RP worlds though. We have longtime members who have made their comfort zones in those RPs. I think we just fit them all under one category and incorporate more backboards into their subgroups so they still have entire homes in boards for them to interact and RP together. When there’s time, I could create create themes specific to those too for their boards to give them some aesthetic, though that obviously is much farther in the future.

Most other forums have a lot of motivation and kind of interactive challenges going on. BB rarely has those. Badges need to finally be released as a motivation both for TNW and just to role players in general (different color badges per however many thousands of posts kinda like what FF had.) Pushing a motivation and a kind of reward system outside of the shop would be really nice, I think. We should have more events between staff and members to increase participation and community. We built BB around community and fun, I think we should really push that.

- Likely to add more in the future. I just wanted somewhere to store these ideas in case I ever am accepted back onto the staff team in the future.

[align=center][div style="width:500px;text-align:justify; line-height: 110%;"]As far as character development goes I’m gonna just keep up with my five’s pinterest boards as inspiration and such. I’ll make bios in the future, but there’s little point if I can’t write with them right away. Maybe I’ll try to get some RP partners for TNW so I can at least have someone to write with even when it’s slow!

[align=center][div style="width:500px;text-align:justify; line-height: 110%;"]LARK he looked like he could catch a bird with his bare hands from the brush.

; Young boy, maybe twenty two, with bruised knees and bruised lips. A delicate frame, a kind gaze, and a soft nature. Rugged soul, tired mind, scratchy words. Overlooked and undermined, for what physical strength he lacks, he makes up for in heart. Brave heart, wise mind, skillful hands.

; Lark is a boy of few words, few words spoken softly and cautiously. He stands at a mere 5'6, and his frame is lean and petite. He can often be found reading a classic novel or gardening or journaling. Rarely does he ever engage in combat, but when he does, he's a fantastic aim. He's flawless with a gun, and good in hand to hand combat, though he plays defense unless given reason to not.

; He's kind and perhaps a bit awkward. Forgiving to the core, and often taken for granted because of it. He wouldn't dare hurt anyone intentionally unless he had to, and even if defending himself, he carries guilt with him.

; Served in the US Marine Corps for three years. He was a sniper and an excellent one at that.
