erm, i've got drew, he's still in the development stages, and i'm being lazy at finishing his bio, but he's a forty eight year old former soldier, medic, and surgeon. his daughter died two years after the blackout, and he found his husband dead a few weeks before coming to st. peters. he cares a lot about other people, and helping, and will risk his life to treat people in need.
he doesn't play by the rules all the time, and can be pretty stoic when interacting with a lot of people, but he's a sweet guy overall.
ooh, okay, depending on how willing he is to become close to people, they could have a father/daughter kind of relationship? her parents are currently m.i.a. and she's very sweet, kind of like the stereotypical cinnamon roll, as people on tumblr would put it.

Drew would certainly "dad" her!
well, angela often wanders through st. peters, and when she does she usually ends up staying for a week, though this time she'll probably stay a bit longer to make sure everyone's fine after there was a shift in power.
if drew is the dad of this situation, angela can sorta be the random mum who comes around every once in a while
i think angela and whitlock have a lot in common, at least when it comes to an idealistic world view
angela literally cares about little else other than helping people -- it's why she can hardly stay in one place, she wants to help everyone no matter where they are
but because of her being around since the beginning of the blackout she has been through some stuff
she's definitely a big pacifist though

i love whitlock a lot! she's so precious wow
evan would probably be fond of her, but kinda distant about it because he's too socially awkward to say anything hah
here's ev's bio

[member=612]jade[/member] : ah, i can so see them just bonding over a desire to just make the world a a better place for others, honestly. a mother-daughter sort of relationship seems absolutely perfect.
[member=28]crows[/member] : ah, thank you! she's honestly my baby. i love evan, by the way. he's a very realistic character and, to be honest, very relatable. to be honest, whitlock would probably try her hardest to befriend him and make him come out of his shell around her.

do you think they would have met at some point before her visit here?
she's a good listener so she often ends up chatting with people wherever she goes
i feel like angela is gonna end up being mum to a lot of the kids around here and i'm happy

maybe while whitlock was making the journey to st. peter's they ran into each other and helped each other a bit? like, angela could've been traveling to st. peter's just when whitlock is first joining?
