So I sort of made Win look like Faith’s birth father so maybe we can work with that somehow bc she has a lot of hurt from his death and she’s unsettled and upset from the similarity

Peter honestly doesn’t know what to think of Win, because on one hand he respects him and likes him, but on the other hand he feels like Win doesn’t like him that much. So maybe they could... bond in some way, yeah?

I mean, Peter’s going to be getting hurt quite a bit while building the fence (he’s going to cut his hand open sometime soon) so Win could help him patch that up and give him a lecture on being careful, or Peter could help Win patch up an injury (and keep in mind that Peter is no doctor and can really only bandage things)? Or they could argue over something, though Peter isn’t very standoffish and argumentative (he hates arguing, especially with men larger than himself because of Jasyn) but if it was something he felt strongly about he’d be a stubborn kid about it.

Honestly I don’t know where Peter would fall in the range of child or adult, because he’s kind of right in the middle at the moment, but... Yeah...

It would allow Win to show that he's worried about his safety which is usually a good starting point for all sorts of stuff.

Well like she has trouble verbalizing her thoughts bc her English is lacking but if he tries to approach her and be all friendly and then she lashes out and he tries to figure out why?

Otherwise she could just be crying and stuff from a children’s book that has something with the main character losing their parents and she just cries and relates and he catches her and she lashes out

Same w peter tho he's just about in the middle there with his age but he's got. a lot of confidence issues that make him a little more emotional / quiet / mature-ish?? so we could do something off that! I know you said no training things but maybe win could accidentally hurt him a few times or something during training and he could be doing relatively badly that day (maybe because he's just getting into something new and it's hard for him to grasp) so he gets frustrated with himself and asks win why he even gives a shit

I like the first one too because Peter gets minor injuries a lot but nobody is ever really around to see them happen so he just slinks over to bandage it up and ignore it, so other than one time he’s never had anyone in the lodge actually worry about him when he’s been injured, and I’m rambling now but yeah there’s a lot of possibilities that could spring from that!

It's been a while since I managed to keep up with private threads but even longer since I felt like they'd actually meant something, mostly because Win is someone that's difficult to get close to in any circumstance.

So if anyone's up for that, these threads will be made with the entire purpose of circumventing his shields lmfao. They wouldn't be about training or teaching anymore, but more catching him in vulnerable places or getting him angry enough that he doesn't bother with hiding his thoughts. That sort of thing. And because of that, I don't think it's something I can open up to children, really? They would need to be around his age for this sort of thing. Of course he can still have threads with younger characters too but they wouldn't involve him opening up, really.

Some ideas for threads that would make him open up:
— Helping with an injury or them helping him with an injury of his own. This includes animals.
— Finding someone or being found in an emotional moment, such as mourning a loved one.
— CRYING if your character is obviously scared or crying Win will immediately drop his walls.
— Arguing over something he holds close to his heart, I'll clarify on those things if asked lmao.

There are a lot more possibilities, TBH feel free to throw ideas at me, I'm good with anything.

Well, Andor is like... not the best person to really bond with. But perhaps Andor finds that the stuffed bunny he cares (Paul) has been ripped and mutilated, and so is crying over it. There really isn't much that the guy cries over other than Paul.

I'm absolute rubbish at plot ideas. Everything I usually do with Andor has to do with cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.
