open to:
-friendship to some extent; she’s trying to stay closed off as much as she can, but with time she might open up
-talking to your character about her former clan, in hopes of passing along its history (there are some things she won’t talk about, but she’s open to discuss most of it)
-rivals/enemies- she’s not the type to start a fight unless she gets extremely pissed off, but a misunderstanding could probably arise

closed to:
-death (for the moment)
-killing your character (unless for self-defense, or under absurdly specific circumstances that are unlikely to occur)
-litters
-any sort of romance

maybe:
-acting as a mentor of sorts to your character, depending on what they need a mentor for (for example, she could probably teach your character to read and write, but teaching your character to fight would be beyond her)
-confiding in your character
-anything not on any of the former lists- just ask ^^
