hades- or dandes in this situation- had been watching peri for a while now. he was amazing, really, a piece of art. frown where he watched in the shadows, he could see him say inflowers, and at his own feet, the forest life died fairly quickly. he hesitated, slowly starting to move closer. "hello.."

[peridot.]

Peri blinked and looked up when the slightly hoarse voice reached his ears, and his eyes widened when he saw the land dying around the other's feet. Getting to his own feet, he rushed over and said softly, moving to tend to the poor dying forest life, "Hello...? What are you doing to the poor land?"

[dannychan]

he squawked and started jumping from foot to foot. "i'm real sorry! i don't mean to! i know you're working hard!" he whimpered, not wanting to ruin the flowers or grass more than he had.

[peridot.]

He blinked and frowned, ordering softly as he moved to grab the other and hold him in place, "Stay still." He then leaned down and began to run his hands over the earth, watching it spring back up with life around the other. He then said quietly when he stood back up, "Were you watching me?"

[dannychan]

he hesitated. "y-.. yes.. i'm real sorry! i just.. i saw you, and you looked so nice.." he said quietly and looked down.

[peridot.]

He blinked slowly at the other, his face a bit red when the other mentioned how nice he looked. He said softly, frowning a bit, "You thought I looked... nice? But I was in the middle of working. I haven't done anything to make myself look nice.."

[dannychan]

he twiddled his thumbs, looking down. the more flustered he got, the more destruction that was caused to the earth. "i thiught you were pretty was all.. prettier than the boys i got at home."

[peridot.]

As the destruction outcropping from the other got worse, he huffed a bit and got down on his knees, beginning to repair the damage again carefully as he said, "I suppose I am pretty, but only because I have the beauty of the Earth coursing through my veins... where is your home?"

[dannychan]

he hesitated. "the underworld." he said softly.

Perisephone - Peri to some, Persephone to others - had never been really involved with the other gods. He preferred to keep to himself, and tend to his flowers and care for the wildlife. Of course, that was getting harder and harder as things got more and more modern. People were clearing acres and acres of forest land, and it was getting harder and harder for him to stick to the trees and the flowers and stay away from the normal mortals. At the moment, he was sitting in one of the few forests that were left, humming softly as he tended to a small patch of flowers, deer and squirrels and all other kinds of wildlife surrounding him and staring with wide eyes. He actually looked sort of beautiful, silhouetted by sunlight with flowers wound into his hair and surrounding him. In fact, it would be easy to mistake him for a girl.
