I have an ability related quick question. I'm in the process of making this character that's been on the back burner for awhile and I just got a stupendous idea for her. But, I don't know if its an ability that needs to be bought or is even allowed.

Basically, it is sort of like shapeshifting in the sense that a part of the appearance is being changed. This character, after she has possessed someone's body, changes their colors. Would that sort of thing be allowed? If so, would I have to buy shapeshifting in order to use it?
