He blinked. "I'm not hiding anything." He said. After a minute, a german shepherd puppy peaked her head up from Sherlock's arms. She wiggled out of his arms, wagging her tail and watching John. She tilted her head slightly.

he gasped and chuckled. "oh my god she's so adorable!" he squeaked, reaching out to pet her. "hello!"

Sherlock smiled softly, watching them. The puppy barked happily, pawing at his hand. "I picked out a puppy a few days ago. Mycroft picked it up and brought her here when you were out getting food. Lestrade lost his old dog a while ago. He's bee wanting a new one. He's coming over to visit so I thought this would be a nice surprise for him." He said.

Sherlock blinked. "You will not speak a word of this to anyone. My cold reputation isn't going to get ruined just by getting someone a dog." He said. After a while, the puppy curled up into a ball, falling asleep.

Sherlock smiled softly. "Yeah, that man cant keep his mouth shut." He's aid. He glanced over when the door opened.

"Hey, Sherlock I heard what happened. You doing okay?" Greg asked when he entered. Sherlock nodded.

"I'm alright Lestrade." He's aid. He blinked, looking down at the puppy. "I know you lost your dog a while ago. So...Here. We got this new puppy for you." Sherlock said. Leotard's eyes widened a bit. He slowly moved over to the bed.

john smirked. "sherlock did this on his own accord. i had no idea."

Greg watched Sherlock. "You're serious?" He asked. Sherlock blinked.

"Lestrade, have I ever been known to joke around? You know I'm always brutally honest." He said. Greg stare at him before losing down at the puppy. He wanted a moment before gently taking her and holding her.
