Although he meant love as in care for. if someone follows up with "do you want to kiss him?" hyacinth would just be confused. "kiss him? Wait what's love?"

tbh i imagine everyone in Thunderclan is just silently shipping them and running a betting ring for when they get together. and when hush is just pressed up against the slowly flustered hyacinth people are just like passing money back and forth around them

i imagine hush is Dom most of the time but like when he's cross-dressing he likes to convince hyacinth to do it just to flustered him
