Shadowclan/Warrior Cats RP Interest Check

Hello! So I currently run Shadowclan with Birchstar and was wondering if anyone is still interested in warrior cats rp around here. Since it's pretty dead over there lol. I'm just looking for advice to make it more appealing and such

I'd definitely be interested in jumping into trad warriors rp again! Might make a character and throw it at Shadowclan; I didn't think any of the clans had active leaders anymore, which was one of my main issues lol.

Okay advice incoming? Take everything with a grain of salt since I've never led a prosperous trad warrior clan, and feel free to disregard any ideas you don't think would work.

I'm not sure what you could do alone to make it more appealing, other than pushing yourself to make it look more active (ex: making new open threads every few days, keeping up with meetings even if there isn't anything to announce)
From my experience, which is limited I'll admit, warriors rps rely heavily on external conflict with other clans and prophecies from Starclan; idk how you'd set up any of those, maybe contact other leaders of the trad clans and try to set up a plot?

You could also do more clan-based plots to try and attract people, ex: Shadowclan's water supply is poisoned and they need to send some cats to go upstream to figure out what's happening, a plague strikes Shadowclan and they need to deal with quarantining and treating the diseased cats, a fox wanders into their territory and they need to chase it off, etc.

I'll work on an apprentice to toss in there, perhaps we could plot between us too?

I'm glad you are interested still! I don't think any of the other clans are active/trying to be active. For a while Riverclan had a leader again but I don't know if that is still true or not. So, if you are interested you could probably pick up one of the clans if you feel like being a leader.

I've been leaders/in charge of groups before but never tried to retrieve one.

I could possibly make a plot to get things kicking, I'm just not sure how to with just the two of us? But I'll try to throw out some open threads every other day to make it look like activity is picking up.

I would love to plot with you and your apprentice, Birchstar could probably mentor them since he is the only one around lol

I might do so, tbh! I haven't been a leader for a few years and I've never been leading when I've helped revive groups, but I've been in a few low activity groups so it hopefully wouldn't be too rough. For now I'll stick with Shadowclan though

Previous experience is good! I've only led a group once, and I didn't need to drag it out of such harsh inactivity so. yeah, definitely take all my advice with a grain of salt, lol.

Hmm yeah, it'd be pretty difficult with just the two of us. Though hopefully if people see Shadowclan has plots going on that they can get included in they'll join. I'll do my best to respond to your open threads, since you caught me just as I finished throwing up Mothpaw's intro thread

It's okay, even with experience it can be hard knowing what to do. I really appreciate your advice
