florence leslie abernathy – i refuse to look back thinking days were better just because they're younger days; i don't know what's 'round the corner, way i feel right now i swear we'll never change.

– florence has anemia, which he inherited from his parents, a condition in which his blood doesn't have enough red blood cells. he takes medication for it but does experience fatigue, lightheadedness, and shortness of breath quite often which is extremely annoying. you wouldn't be able to tell from looking at him unless you saw the medical bracelet on his wrist

– when he had just moved to the states, he was placed in a school where everyone was super smart and a lot farther ahead in classes annd it made him feel really stupid. thankfully he found someone to help tutor him so he could keep up because it's hard enough moving schools, let alone moving to a different country
– in sophomore year, he dated a girl named heather for the whole year and into junior year. people thought they would last but, despite flo's love for heather, she cheated on him multiple times throughout their year and a half long relationship and it finally ended half way through junior year. it left him heartbroken and he is hesitant with relationships now
– he's a theatre preformer and can sing and dance and he is really good at it and omg, like the voice of an actual angel i tell you
– played an ensemble character in hairspray! his freshman year, rapunzel's prince from into the woods in his sophomor year, roger from RENT during his junior year, and wren from footloose! in his senior year

– trigger warning when he was a freshman in college, he went out with guy thaat he thought was so amazing and wonderful. it lasted for a few years but it turned sour and abusive after about ten months. ezekiel didn't know what to do because this had been his first serious relationship and he felt like he loved this boy and it was horrible. finally, a friend got him out of the relationship after figuring out why ezekiel had been acting so different and not being a sunshine child

– he deals with crippling anxiety that leads to panic attacks. this attacks have sent him to the hospital because there are times where he can't even move and his breathing is so labored. it's rather terrifying to watch because you don't know if it's just a panic attack that is so severe or if it is something more than that
– on top of his severe anxiety, cassidy suffers from an alcohol and drug addiction. this was brought on by all the pain and trauma in his past with the gang violence and such. there have been instances of him overdosing on something. cassidy has been in and out of rehab multiple times but nothing seems to help and he just relapses over and over again

– his home life as a minor was far from pretty. with his father and older brother involved in a gang, there was never a peaceful moment in the house. his mother tried desperately to get a divorce but his father always prevented it and it only made things worse in the household
– cassidy isn't the only family member to suffer with alcohol. his elder brother started drinking at age fifteen and spiraled into alcoholism and rehab hasn't helped and this has resulted in violent outburts from his brother towards his brothers wife and children
– trigger warning grew up around a lot of gangs and his father and older brother were part of a notorious gang. because of this, cassidy's father was rather abusive towards cassidy and his mother because they were perceived as weak. this lead to a lot of the anxiety problems that cassidy has nowadays especially when it comes to human contact. his father would constantly hit him and yell belittling and vulgar things at him
– a bit of a history buff if you could actually imagine it. like he aced every history course he has ever taken and it's pretty fascinating to hear him just like talk for hours and hours about an event in history and it's also strange
