(This is also a plotting thread for Evelyn and Tiny, to a lesser extent, hence why this is for multiple Drachens and not just James, lmfao. The kids don't have tags yet, but Evelyn is 5-6 years old and Tiny is the little baby, and I can provide more info on them if you're curious.)
OKAY SO. James is my longest-standing current character  I actually made him in early 2016, back when I was only 14, on FF. He was originally an animal, and I won him in a mutation pack adoption (and loved him so much that he's still with me today, more than two years later). He's been through a fair few tweaks, but the main gist of his current status is that he's living with the Moorland Riders and has been for some time, and is currently fleeing a past he won't talk too much about, but is generally assumed to have been quite unpleasant.
His tags are in the link at the top of the post, and should provide enough information for now without a comprehensive biography  but if anyone does want extra info, I'm more than happy to ramble about my son lmfao. As for Evelyn and Tiny, they aren't actually his kids he's as single as they come, but he rescued them from a village that had been attacked and largely killed by raiders shortly after the raiders left the place, and has been looking after them ever since. He's doing his best to provide for them, but he's still learning and is kinda nervous.
He's currently open to everything but death and ridiculous maiming, lmfao, and the kids aren't open to being hurt at all currently. People are more than free to accidentally trigger some sort of attack in James I can elaborate on the sort of stuff that shuts him down, but generally water and loud noises / yelling are the worst, ask him about his prosthetic arm, train for self defence with him, go hunting or scouting with him, uh. Just have a nice, soft interaction? He's good at doing people's hair now if that's anything. People can also try to help him move past his fears, or just have any sort of regular interaction with him too. AU threads or generator prompts are also nice? As for bigger plots, I'm also a sucker for those too, but I prefer for most deeper relationships (of any kind!) to be mostly ICly developed, rather being than pushed OOCly.
He also has a dog, so dog-related threads / mini interactions are always open too, lmfao.
(Evelyn is also open for individual threads without James  and James is open for threads featuring Evelyn, Tiny or both of them! For individual Evelyn threads, bear in mind that she's 5-6 years old, and though she's kinda smart, she is still a kid who doesn't really understand a lot of things about James / the world / her own past, and is still overall pretty naïve / childish.)
