Some things for Muffin:
— He's a former kittypet, but he didn't leave because he disliked his owners. In fact, he loved the girl that was his owner, but as she grew older, she grew heavily depressed. He tried his best to be a source of comfort for her, but eventually one day, she left and never came back. Her parents were deeply sorrowful, and although he never knew for sure, she did end up committing suicide.
— After his owner's suicide, Muffin tried his best to comfort the girl's parents, but they just saw him as an awful reminder, and ended up throwing him out of their house. He had been taught about the legends of the clans by his Father, so he decided to head for one of their territories.
— When he was a young kit, his Mother neglected him and his Father left when he was around just 3 moons old. For the next 3 moons, he watched his Mother go through several many different mates without much success. All of these experiences have made him rather jaded.
— Thanks to the experiences from above, he finds love much better in theory than in practice. He's a romantic at heart, but after watching love not work out so many times, he really isn't sure it can work in real life. Of course, this changes after he meets (name).
— When he first meets (name), he sees the two of them as just friends, and enjoys hanging around with the other, but before long, his feelings start to grow. At first, this makes him bitter and upset, and he doesn't want to ruin their friendship, so he avoids such feelings the best he can. Eventually he does end up admitting his feelings though.
— He's trans, but he cams to this conclusion is a rather dd way. Since he was a stray, his owners didn't quite know what gender he was, so they just referred to him as a he. When he was kicked out, someone pointed out his actual biological gender to him. He did consider going by she/her pronouns, but the thought revolted him, and he knew being male suited him much more.
— He's also gay, and not exactly shy about it. He doesn't really flirt with anyone, male or female, but he definitely appreciates males and is occasionally not shy about staring. Of course, he also finds females beautiful, but he's not really attracted to them, he can just see their beauty and always compliments them.
