— oh my god, his name is chip so from those who don't understand the "name your kid the most stupidest name in the world syndrome" think his name is the most hilarious in the world and has heard "chips a'hoy, chippity" and well, he's never heard enough of it.
— eighteen years old, born march fifteenth. he can be up to twenty one years old at most depending on the thread in he is in.
— chip was born in a pretty dysfunctional family - at least dysfunctional for a freaking rich kids. he was a result of a one night stand by two local children who was feeling pretty rebellious. the thing was their family hated each other - and this wasn't just some romeo and juliet love story, as they hated each other, too. when his father found out she was pregnant, he became pretty sure that he'd gain custody of him, while his mother mostly took him chip as black mail to weaken her father - no lie, his mother was sort of a bitch. and his father, he was a fuckboy. the two was the eptomie of two rich children who'd soon inherent everything. when chip was finally born, the war began. however, and man, it was pretty deadly. for the first three years, chip was with his mother and the responsibility as a mother began to take it's toll while his father, he began to take realization of life of his own, including his sister dying in a car crash, the event so shocking it took towards him maturing just enough. the two came to an agreement - that they had to get married if they were going to make anything of chip, oh and also, it'd look good on how they looked to their local community. so, they got married, working out of the same home, and chip got the perfect home life. well, not exactly. behind the scenes, the family was rather dry. one parent was at one side of the house while the other was on the other. chip developed his own relationship with each of them, received from both of them, but both seemed expectant for him to have a favorite, which didn't seem like much stress, but it was enough for him. though around others, they're able to front one hell of a show. enough to even fool him for the timebeing. because of this, he has gained issues, monphobia to be exact. he likes to feeling of a possible unity and this causes him to look for love in others time and time again.
— on his mother's side of the home, she offers about one or two rooms as guest rooms for those who are coming into town for whatever reason. because of this, chip was put on a pretty good social status, as well as on the eye for some college recruits, etc. this also means he wasn't just doing nothing, as he had to do laundry and provide for the guest from time to time. so yes, this means he cooks, and he actually likes to if you really must know.
—  on his father's side, it's mostly mechanics when it comes to doing things for independently but most of the time they're going to bars or going out to eat and his father is talking about sports or pretty girls. to be honest, his father is kind of still far up his own ass, that typical father that you hate and yes, this includes being an homophobic, misogynistic prick which is why chip hasn't came
— in fact, his first love and first "experiment" had been his best friend, happy (as i said weird names), who'd been his first kiss, and possibly crush. happy, as he grew up, reverted his sexuality (of being gay), as his parents weren't too happy with the idea and from there, chip lost a friend, his most crushing weight in the entire world.
— kind of a drug dealer? on the soccer team and his soccer friend, a drug dealer for no reason other to be edgy, got him involved. because chip is such a great and witty liar, and his sarcasm rather much tells as if he's saying the truth, he decides that his best bet is to leave the drugs with chip and leave it going in and out his home and since chip is such a good person, he lets him. oh, and he might sorta have an unrealistic crush on this dude.
— kinda hates when he doesn't get when he doesn't get what he wants and when he's upset, you can tell. he reads, but doesn't reply to texts while usually he's a lightening quick replier, he's passive aggressive, and subtle, and avoids eye contact, but he can only keep a grudge up to about two weeks lmao.
— would probably make a playlist to express how he feels
— everyone in his school has his number or some form of social media - and i mean everyone. he is one of the kids who does morning announcements and once slipped both of them in so he has millions of messages but except for those select few people, he doesn't reply to like almost any of the texts that he gets
—  horny a lot of the time, but that's probably being a teenage boy.
— he's pretty spectacular in bed, too, and bed ain't the only place that he's done it in. despite being a good dude, he's pretty open about his sexual life because he just finds it natural. he doesn't think twice about the idea that someone might be uncomfortable with it but most of his exes and one night stands aren't disappointed.
— he's demiromantic. despite getting easily attached to people the thing is, that he doesn't like people until he looks deep into their personality. he can get sexually addicted to a person but it takes more to start and like someone and when he does, he knows because he gets a little envious at the idea of anything else loving them. despite being flirty and such beforehand, chip hates explaining his feelings in big fear of rejection and because of this, he lost out on a person he thought he may have loved before.
— has a habit of getting high before going to school and once almost got in trouble for this but lied his way through this.

— born october 1st, 2000. she was born in orlando, eight years after her mother and father decided to make the trip from maui, hawaii to orlando, florida. she hasn't missed out on the island's family as her grandparents are there, the last time her going there being when she was fifteen years old. she does love it there but in the end, she's always going to love the liveliness of florida. sure, hawaii has that, but does it have disney and universal? nope.
— her and her family live in an gated suburb (this includes her four other cousins, who's mother made the move two years before her brother). because all of the kids were born in Orlando, (except for one of her cousins, but he doesn't remember that) and aren't that many years apart, they all gets along. maile is seventeen, her four male cousins are twenty, eighteen, seventeen, and fourteen. then there's her brother, who is thirteen, the youngest and he doesn't ever hear the end of that. her cousins are basically her second siblings.
— especially over the summer, the whole family is working in the hotel in which her family owns. it's a simplistic but very nice 4 star rating hotel in Kissimmee, that offers both pool, free breakfast, and a shuttle to Disney and Universal. This gives opportunity for cousins to not only bond, but start silly games in who can provide the best costumer service. those who know or get to know the family could almost immediately point out how tightknit it is and to be honest, they wouldn't have it any other way. 
— maile believes there's different types of people persons: you got the introverts, extroverts, and in betweens. she's the last. she prefers to observe families, rather than communicate and she's an avid listener upon first meeting. as you get to know her, she becomes boisterous, loud, and weird even. she's also a very affectionate person and this is even with her cousins: they have to provide plenty of piggy back rides, carrying transportation. but the people that she doesn't know, especially the cute people or people who hit on her she shuts down on, doesn't know how to react. never dated but that's because she's not too interested in it.
— when she wants to get really into working, you already know she's throwing on that Broadway music and in between time when there's nothing to do and she's working the desk, she's reading and oh boy, this girl is an extremely avid reader.
— so speaking of which, you already know that she's an Harry Potter nerd and she is 100% a Ravenclaw. Has two wands from Universal, the merch, the books, road the ride about 24 times to be exact.
— speaking of which which she is near sighting, therefore when she isn't wearing her contacts on times out, she's wearing glasses especially when working hard, driving, reading.
— a good girl. isn't really one of those to party and go out, drink , or smoke? she's very familial so anything she does do is with her family, and doesn't really know anything of a life that's outside of her own but as far as she knows, she's fine with this.

—  pretty dark skint melinanted qween.
— gabrielle was born to kashmere kayode at the young age of nineteen years old. although her father, atticus serrano, was excited her mother opposed to this; not exactly sure if she was ready for the child. though since she and atti were in love at the time, she decided to keep the child. only, as time went on, their relationship became much more strained. after atti is laid off from his job, there isn't barely enough cash to support them both by the time gabbi born and it became moderately abusive, mostly on kash's side. even though it was pretty obvious the love was lost, atti loved her and gave her chance after chance, working in small grocery stores here and there. only when he was framed as a drug dealer and shipped off to rikers island, did kash take this opportunity to move on and even with her daughter, she moved on quite a lot. gabbi kept to herself and when she wasn't doing her homework, she was writing poems of her feelings and her longing to be reunited with a father her mother wouldn't let her see. she barely could afford to go without wearing the same outfit for a week but at the time, its okay because the school in which she went to, everyone seemed to have a subtle understanding of where they were coming from: all unimportant. probably from broken homes. and the least children of everyone's concern. except, at the time being, gabrielle didn't see it that way. she saw school as her escape route and she actually enjoyed it.
— in fact, she’d teach class and sometimes stay after school to help her favorite teacher grade. Her 4th grade especially loved her a lot
— amidst 6th grade, her mother decided to run away with one of her boyfriend she’d only been dating for a month. This is the time that Gabi ran away instead of packing up to her mother’s sister, who welcomed her with open arms. The time that her mother let them see each other, they got along great. Almost as if she was a 2nd mother, or first if you really want to be honest
— now this was a completely different universe for the girl because whilst her mom struggled financially and building relationships physically, her aunt was an lower middle class built up from her hardworking aunt’s two jobs and also, her aunt was a much more warming person compared to her mother
— finished her 7th and 8th grade year at her other school and to her opposition, was moved to a private all girls school where her aunt felt that she belonged. She hoped that whatever mannerisms she began to instill in gabi would further be enforced into the girl. For the first month, gabi was disappointed but being that warm and welcoming girl she was, quite easily she adapted into a life considerably different from her own and if anything? She preferred the life of an all girl’s school. Gabi got along with everyone as far as she’s concerned
— though unbeknownst to her, there’s a lot of girls at her school, including some of her own “friends” who envy her and tear her down behind her back. They don’t want to say anything to her because they know she’s more than willing to kick ass, proof to the girl who openly tries and ruins her life every time that she gets
— barely goes out because she’s either working to help her aunt pay for her school tuition or she’s doing her homework and the times she is available she’d rather spend it watching Netflix or something

— firstborn to jace and madonna barnes. they were high school sweethearts, madonna a cheerleader and jace on the football team, voted prom queen and king before they settled in a nice neighborhood, his mother a therapist and his father a principal in middle school, his middle school teacher. because they were so successful and seemingly made it so easy, one would expect chauncey to get into the swing of things and whilst he was a child who could maintain a good social life, he struggled with the things most teens struggled with: their sleeping schedule, staying on the computer for long periods of time, grades, being g-gay.
— chauncey found out that he was gay around the fifth grade kind of around the time that u start caring about dating in such. When his friends were into Susan and had some celebrity crushes on Selena Gomez he was into Darrel and had a huge ass crush on Zac Efron. Reoccurring dreams of his biggest crush in the sixth grade caused his sexuality to really transpire and instead of being prideful about it, he was much rather flustered. He knew his parents were what you considered, “woke” and all for LGBTQ rights, but regardless he felt like this piece of him would change their perspective of him so he buried it deep down within him and continues to
— so how does he handle this? the only way he know she how. excessive images of his celebrity crushes, eyeing every cute boy that he sees and wondering whether they are gay or not but explicitly creating a rule not to fall for straight guys, whilst enjoying himself in theater that his parents made him take ever since he was in 5th grade. He also surfs the internet and speaks to other gay men on Omegle where he probably fell in love about 5 times but that’s beyond the point who doesn’t just crush on every beautiful person they see now a days I mean heLLO
— the thing about chauncey is— that he likes the idea of people, and even though he passes as someone who is nonchalant and careless, does care a lot more than he lets on.
—  despite knowing for so long, he's had girlfriends. they were lowkey more like... well, she asked me and i don't really want to say no? so uh, yes i guess. but the longest they last for about a week and a half and most of the time, it's because he freaks out when they tried to kiss him. he stopped officially dating in high school because he knew for sure that he was most definitely gay. i mean, he already knew he was most definitely gay but he wanted to be extra most definitely 100% sure you know what i'm saying.
— with his father being an auto mechanic on the side (which chauncey doesn't know how as the man asks him for assistance in literally everything), he bought chauncey an old mini van and turned it into something absolutely knew. except the thing is, all the money put into making it look brand new it most definitely doesn't act as if it's brand new. it's literally breaking down every other week.
— with his mother being a psychatrist, she tries to apply it to home life in which chauncey, his sister andrea, and his father all deny right off the bat even though all of them can lowkey go for some.
— likes his coffee like how he likes his men: there's no specifics to how he likes his coffee so really, you can decipher this either way 
— absolutely has no fucking clue what he wants to do with his life but he does know that he is absolutely desperate to fall in love
— has a dog name Tiny even though she's a golden retriever and Tiny is attached to andrea's hip even though she'd rather not take her out for walks. When andrea isn't around is when she uses chauncey as her last go to option and honestly, chauncey is hurt
— mom got him into theater in middle school because she wanted him to do something with his life and he wasn't cut out to be in sports so this was the second best thing and he's sort of stuck to it ever since. it's not his favorite thing in the world and he isn't ever the leading lady but he's made plenty uh.... friends? which is cool.
— apple bees and waffle house is a hangout spot for when he needs downtime which he often needs a bunch of it.

— born in cinnicinati, ohio, the middle child of three. even before her little brother was born, yara’s parents were one ones who didn’t get along. And it wasn’t just that, her father was an asshole construction worker who eventually was laid off from constantly being late and coming to work drunk. A lot of his wrongdoings were because of himself, yet he blamed the woman in which he called his wife and his children, who were half his blood. Yara grew up not being able to differentiate love from abuse and force. Some of the things her father did to her, to her family she thought was because he loved her, at least that’s what he associated it with. Of course she’s preferred the times where her father wasn’t drunk and was actually a loving father, but she learned to live with it as her mother had, even when her older sister was in a rush to get away from it all
— her father is also a drug dealer. Despite all of the warnings from even his family to Yara’s mother, she still refuses to go. She says it’s for the kids, but if that were she’d want to run as far away as possible. In reality, it’s because she’s a victim. He implemented both fear and dependency on him and she doesn’t want to call the cops
— Inside of her home, you’d only imagine it’s like living life on egg shells. Yara doesn’t even realize her level excitement and joy when she’s away from the toxicity, especially with friends and most definitely with her mother. She doesn’t remember the last time she’s glowed but she most definitely sees it when they’re able to go to the mall, even only the window shop or to go the park.
— Yara, despite all that shit, likes to think of herself as a hopeless romantic— except later on this idea becomes toxic within itself as her “hopeless romanticness” is a disguise to cover that she’s not so different from her mother, and her sister realized this later on. Her sister became disappointed in her letting herself become a victim of assholes similar to their mother so she separated herself from her, too at least for the time being until Yara went to her college cough
— Yara was moderately popular in an infamy typa way. She lost her virginity at 14 years old to a boy who hadn’t the best intentions for her. Although she was all helpless about him, he instead used this to gain bragging rights, in which he gladly did so. Even though it wasn’t scandalous as everyone begins sleeping around at this age, for some reason her first time is the most talked about forcing her into a state of humiliation and depression. Even though she wasn’t willing to sleep around with particularly anyone, plenty of guys tried her and let’s just say, her freshman year was a living hell.
— despite it being an absolute living hell, she wouldn’t let it break her down. Half of that reason being that she there was a auto mechanics teacher whom she spent most of her time with, whom she bonded with. The two often had Dairy Queen together and talked about how the kids in school sucked and her teacher, he saw a lot of himself in her. Because of this, yara was able to survive and also discovering that she had interest in mechanics and plausibly wanted to become a auto mechannic when she got older.
— her father ended up being arrested and getting 10 years in prison for dealing drugs after an undercover cop got him for entrapment where yara and her mother were officially able to build their relationship and her sister ended up returning to the picture, with their brother as well.
— the following semester is where she began to take this class and was two females out of all of the class. What made it so different is that she was the most attention grabbing next to her anti-social junior, lesbian counterpart and while his girl, Miranda, hated her at first because of the many rumors she heard of her the two eventually became good friends and good with working with each other. And plus, Miranda is willing to kick the ass of anyone who messes with her girl. Personally, yara likes that nickname
— after that, it wasn’t such a terrible experience for the next two years, except when Miranda leaves her senior year to the University of Michigan, she becomes lonely again. Even with “friends”  they were never close enough to where she isn’t sure one whether she wants to spend time with them so she opens her love life; hesitantly. A boy name Jacob and even though all the signs of him being a jerk with there, she gave him a chance in hopes she could change him.
— he got a full run scholarship to Ohio State for his hella good football skills, and even though Yara had her sights on getting out of state, the other convinced her to trade it in for Ohio State, which she discovers isn’t so bad— or at least that’s what she tries to convince herself. The two get an apartment together for the first year which ends up being a complete failure due to them not getting along, and other things in which she’d rather not discuss but after one summer away they end up dating again. She keeps thinking she can change him, similar behavior to her mother.
— she ended up meeting his frat brother at a party where he became her side hoe. At this point, she’s at the lowest point of her life relationship wise and almost feels hopeless; makes her feel hopeless with everything else and she can get selfish, especially when she knows that the other wants to be with her she just pushes it away.
— is always the big spoon in every predictament
— diets heavily on ice cream, especially the brownies and ice cream from insomnia cookies
