- Start more internal dialogue, bad stuff, fuckin threats and shit, but JUST INTERNALLY. Thoughts, just thoughts.
- He starts talking with Haskill more often in public, and even in the middle of conversation with other people.
- Starts to feel like he's basically untouchable and better than everyone else.
- Those internal threats? Gunna be external more by this time.
- He'll get agitated over little stuff, not even important things like someone yelling at him or shit, but stupid stuff like not liking the color pink one day, and seeing someone wearing it.
- Will remain somewhat mild and nice at times. Not full blown evil or anything. Still a fairly neutral character in casual threads.
Timeline? Not set in stone. Casual threads not related to development not included.
Joey is re-introduced and Sheo starts teaching Joey how to read.
Joey fuckin dies from illness. Sheo hunts down the brother that has been mistreating Joey and the brother (Seth) begs for his life. Sheo decides to let the brother live, but he has to serve Sheogorath for the rest of his life or risk being hunted down and killed. In this thread, the threatening thoughts really start coming out as does talking to Haskill.
A one-shot thread where Sheo is ordering Seth around, and likes the feeling of being in such direct control, so he gathers soldiers, because he hasn't really been ordering them around as much, and demands that the left side of every beachfront house be painted pink. Obviously every house can't be painted pink because there's not enough paint. Sheogorath gets agitated and tells them to paint as much as they can. The next day, Sheogorath won't be fond of the color pink, and demand they paint over the pink with orange.
Getting an idea from all the painting, Sheogorath grabs a brush and starts painting houses himself. He paints shapes like dinosaurs but also threats of death. Now his threats are going to be a bit more external.
An NPC tries to flirt with Sheo and he doesn't like it, so he threatens her.
One-shot where Sheo follows the NPC woman to her house and attacks her, but allows her to escape with little injury after she begs for her life. Later on, he orders Seth to kill her, who is horrified, but does so anyways out of fear. Sheogorath gets a rush out of seeing Seth forced to follow his command and begins to fully realize his power and authority over other people. Begins feeling better than everyone else.
Armed with newfound ambitions, Sheogorath continues to compare himself to others, ultimately deciding that he's the top figure, the most powerful in the group, almost untouchable, even if Charlie and Dylan are considered his superiors, he decides that he can manipulate them, and even kill them if they get in his way, but he'll be subtle, so they'll never actually know because he'll never state his ambition out loud.
Sheogorath tortures and kill Seth simply because he can, and out of boredom. He uses his authority to lure Seth into the casino basement, where the crime takes place. Seth begs for his life, like the others, which boosts Sheogorath's ego into believing he has absolute control over life or death, which, as a result, makes him essentially a mortal god. NOW HE FUCKIN BELIEVES HE'S A LESSER GOD.
Will eventually demand soldiers refer to him as LORD Sheogorath under the threat of death. This will cause OBVIOUS ISSUES.

please excuse me while i shove my personal autistic experiences onto sheo to relieve some stress and shit. he already has some autistic traits (he stims, he has sensitivity to light and sound, he doesn't like being touched), but im going to start highlighting them more because i feel like i dont rp them enough, so imma post my reminder here. Yes, in case you don't know, Sheogorath officially has bipolar and high functioning autism. Disclaimer, I also have those things.

• You have it written down, but you don't really play it. Remind yourself that he has a sensitivity to sounds and gets overwhelmed easily when a lot of people talk at once
• He already stims by tapping his fingers and cane and rocking back and forth, but add hand flapping behavior to that, just like you do when you're overly excited.
• He already takes things literally enough so don't worry about that you're doing great there.
• He has an obsession with dinosaurs, You mention that but??? Never rp it silly. Make him spout random dinosaur facts, give him a DINO TOY he can carry around or something. Or a book, he lieves in a fuckin library after all.

Unpredictable, with two sides like the sides of a coin. [b]Chaotic Neutral, hard to predict, but not at all random. He has plans, plots, and is more than capable of sticking to them. Few people can assume which side he will show, or which actions he will take, and to some his reasoning may appear random even when it's not. He may help or hinder his worst enemy for nothing more than his own amusement, or personal gain.
First Side of the coin, casual, playful, not at all dangerous. With a mind that may be perceived as younger than his physical age, he appears childish, sometimes overly so, but is still more than capable of maintaining a mature level of intelligence, plotting and planning future, devious events for good or for bad. With this side he is artistic and easily inspired and appears more sheep than wolf. Sheogorath will get along with most anyone, but can put many off with his threatening teasing, which while not typically serious, can easily be seen as such. His words can be morbid and unexpected, and spoken in such casual form that he appears disturbing to people that are not yet aware of his playful attitude. With this side he tends to keep his reputation as a killer hidden as he takes on the form of the wolf in sheep's clothing, for he is well aware of what he is capable of, and takes pleasure in the idea that other people may perceive him as simply eccentric and harmless. He also enjoys pretending to be naive. He will often display confidence with both sides, and is not afraid to inform people about his feelings for them. He will often talk aloud to his rabbit, Haskill, in casual conversation, which is more than likely to raise some eyebrows. Bright and vocal, it's easy to tell this side of Sheogorath apart from the other. He's displays a wider variety of emotion, and stims often according to mood, typically by tapping or rocking. When excited, he may appear overjoyed, and when overwhelmed he may withdraw to a quiet location. Disappointment doesn't always lead to the other side of the coin, he may appear just that, disappointed, with just a hint of controlled agitation, not at all dangerous and yet obviously lacking in his typical chipper mood.
A side can change like the dime it represents and last as short a time as mere minutes. With each passing second there's a small chance that something, anything at all, can set him off, from the color of the sky to the barking of a small dog. Typically, it's the little things that cause him agitation. Someone might berate and insult him out of hatred, and he'd wipe the words away like dirt from his shoulder, but suddenly seeing a yellow shirt and deciding that he finds it displeasing can put him in a murderous mood. There are warning signs, the narrowing of the eyes, the lack of his bright, playful mood. He will be quieter with this side, and when he does speak, he will do so with an obvious darkness, a deeper vocal point, and sometimes dripping malice. These are threats, signs of danger, in which his thoughts become disjointed and jumbled and all he can think about is cruelty. His words will typically be more internalized in terms of thought over speech, but his threats will be as external as ever. Sheogorath is typically able to maintain his calm, but even he has chords that can be struck, hit close to home. People that hurt his close friends are bound to experience a blinding rage that will likely result in their death. In terms of killing, while he is more than capable of it, and finds it enjoyable when bored, he much prefers to play with his prey, drawing out torment for his own sick amusement.
Sheogorath has plenty of things that he finds pleasing. He likes the sight of butterflies and the sound of the waves, and enjoys the presence of most animals asides from those that make high-pitched noises, as his hearing is quite sensitive and sharp sounds can cause him discomfort and pain. While he is capable of maintaining relationships, getting close to Sheogorath to the point where he considers one a friend more so than an acquaintance is a difficult feat that requires quite a bit of natural and seamless interaction. To friends he will act out of friendliness, and they will typically be spared from any devious or dangerous behavior. While he's in a harsh or cruel mood, they may either spur him onward with encouragement, or calm him down with soothing words. Apart from friends, he is capable of maintaining a romantic relationship, and firmly believes in love at first sight, and will trust his gut if he feels he blends well with someone in particular. Still, Sheogorath typically has little interest in relationships, and will not take part in casual flings if he doesn't feel any true attraction. In general, Sheogorath doesn't much like being touched, so overly intimate actions beyond a simple hug or kiss would likely cause him to panic and withdraw. It wouldn't be uncommon for him to follow a partner around, but he's not clingy, and often does it out of simple loneliness or boredom. He'll also give strange gifts, and offer to play music and sing, something he doesn't do for other people. Expect to spend dark nights sitting by the fireplace drinking warm tea and chatting about recent events. There's a possibility that Sheogorath will betray his friend's trust with little care, but is unlikely to do the same to a partner. That's why he typically has to make absolutely certain that there's a special interaction between himself and a potential lover to insure mutual benefit and trust.
