Needless to say the kid was shaken, trying to calm his breathing down to it's normal speed. It was just a dream. Just a bad dream about long gone friends. The ex-medicine apprentice rose from his messy nest in the grass and shook out his fur. Tired brown eyes flicked through the area and he took in the scents around him. He was closer to the clan now. That was good. Stretching his thin body, he moved on without so much as a second glance back. The faster he got to a clan, the better.
Nin didn't miss it. He couldn't. Not when the borderline was fresh and strong. The brown and white feline felt a sense of relief flood over him as he took a seat and waited patiently. Hopefully this would pay off. As much as he missed his old home, he knew it would've been stupid if he'd stayed a loner. The kid kept his eye out for another soul, listening to the birds chirp overhead.
