Jack glanced down. "I've...I've harmed the people I called family before. One...One of them didn't even trust me at first. He had no faith in me that I could ever be a good person because of who my father is. The other two, they had faith in me. But...I've killed someone. I'm not a good person. Dean was right." He whispered

he hummed. "but do you try to be good?" he asked.

He frowned. "I...Yes, I've tried. But I always seem to mess something up." He said.

he hummed. "kid, everyone makes mistakes, but giving up is the biggest mistake you could ever make." he said.

Jack blinked, looking down. He sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I can't go back to them. Not after leaving the way I did. They're never going to forgive me." HE said.

he hummed. "you'd be surprised." he said and tilted the males head up. "i bet their out there shouting your name right now, if you just listen hard enough."

He blinked, glancing up and meeting his gaze. He looked him over before glancing away.

he smiled softly. "why don't you get some rest, and then we'll get you home in the morning?"

He frowned. "I...I don't know what home is anymore. The people I live with, they're not even my real family. My real mother is dead and my biological father, I haven't heard anything good about him. I'm better off alone." Jack said.

[dannychan]

he hummed. "then why did you come with me if you're better off alone? i'll answer that for you. you're scared to be alone. family doesn't always mean blood. it's the people you love and who love you."
