Keith was scared. That wasn’t something he’d admit, ever. At least not out loud. But he’d admit it to himself. He was scared. He was angry. All because of Lance. The galras has attacked the group of paladins and Lance, being the loyal idiot that he was, protected Keith from a few blows resulting in him getting severely injured.

Keith had managed to bring Lance to a sheltered place. Lance was bleeding pretty badly. Keith was currently kneeling beside him, frowning. He had a hand on his shoulder. He knew this was severe. And truthfully...He wasn’t sure if Lance would make it through this. But he had faith that Lance woils pull trough somehow

“Hey, it’s going to be okay Lance. Just stay awake. We’ll get you patched up soon.” Keith said, applying some pressure to a wound to slow the bleeding a bit.

lance knew he was an idiot, but he knew that he couldn't let keith get hurt. he had a head to pilot. lance winced at the pressure, but chuckled. "you really like to cradle me in your arms, huh?" he asked, voice strained due to the pain.

He blinked, meeting his gaze. He bit his lip before looking down at the wound. He let out a weak chuckle. “Knowing you, yoire goingto fight this ever happened and deny it.” He said. He then met his gaze again. He frowned a bit. “...Save your strength, Lance. As annoying as you are, if hate to lose your sarcastic ass.” He said.

he winced. "i seriously don't remember you.. doing that."

He blinked, watching him. He merely smiled faintly. “That’s Alright. It wasn’t anything special.” He said.

he looked at him, seeming almost sad. "i've always loved your smile." he mumbled.

Keith’s eyes suddenly widened. He blinked, clearing his throat. “Lance...Stop. Wipe that sad lookmkff your face. There’s...There’s no reason to he sad. We’re not losing you...Youre not going to die. Not today.” He said.

his lips quivered, and he shook his head. "keith, it hurts.." he whispered.

Keith’s smile suddenly broke. He swallowed, looking him over. “I...I know it hurts. But you’ve got to hold on...” He whisoered, looking him over. He raised his free hand, setting it on his cheek. “...Please.” He whisoered.

he winced, raising a hand to keith's wrist. "i just want to go h-home. i want to vuelve a ver a mi familia! No puedo morir sin verlos de nuevo.!" he said, his brain suddenly switching to spanish.
