[dannychan]

he blinked, tapping his cheek with a finger. "uh.. i think i have defense, and we have the same lunch." he said, leading the other off. "lunchroom or do you want to hike to the town?"

[peridot.]

He blinked and said, getting to his feet and flattening out his uniform a bit, "We can hike to town. I like walking."

[dannychan]

he nodded. "come on then." he stated and moved along. "is it your first year here?"

[peridot.]

He followed along, humming softly under his breath, his eyes focused on his feet as he walked. He seemed very.. calm. Out of it, sorta. Still, he nodded and said quietly, "Yeah, it is. What about you..?"

[dannychan]

he shook his head. "third year. this is the first year i'll be allowed into the tournament, so, that's a plus."

[peridot.]

He blinked and said, eyebrows raising a bit, "Ah, that must be... exciting, I guess."

[dannychan]

he nodded. "it is! the champions of your class either fight to the death or can forfit."

[peridot.]

He blinked and frowned at this, saying quietly as he walked along, "Fight to the death...? People actually die doing this stuff?"

[dannychan]

he stood up, humming. "you know, there's this thing- it's really fucking great, you know? it's called steroids." he said , being slightly sarcastic. he stretched for a moment before grabbing his book bag. "which classes do you have, and what times?" he asked. "and lunch period."

[peridot.]

"Steroids are for assholes. Besides, I don't mind being skinny." He said, glancing up at the other before saying quietly, "Self defense, duelist history.." He continued on, listing off all of his classes and his lunch period.
