It had ben around 3 months later. The boys had gotten back and life had fallen back to normal. Or, as normal as it was going to be now. John wasn't staying at the flat anymore with Sherlock. Sadly, he had barely seen Sherlock even since the day they got back from doing their last case together with the hound. He'd been busy helping Mary set up the wedding. Speaking of wedding, that was today. He was already there along with some other guests and friends he had from back when he was in the military.

Mycroft had been invited to the wedding, surprisingly. Truthfully he didnt think John liked him all that much so he wasn't expecting an invitation. He did show up though. Not exactly for John's wedding itself. But because Sherlock was there. Mycroft knew how his younger brother felt towards John. He was mainly there to just give his brother some support through this. After a while, the older male found Sherlock, who was next to Lestrade. Mycroft moved over to the two.

"How are you doing Sherlock?" Mycroft asked.

sherlock had been sitting there quietly, staring up at the empty alter with narrowed eyes. "oh, you know, regretting most of my life choices and wishing mary didn't exist. the usual." he muttered, crossing his legs.

Mycroft sighed, watching his brother. He set a hand on his shoulder, looking away. He didn't really know what to say to help him. Greg sighed, looking down.

"Truthfully, I wasn't expecting them to actually get married." Greg said.

sherlock grumbled bitterly but put on a smile when he say mary. "mary, you look.. not horrible."

Mary glanced over at Sherlock. She smiled. "Thank you, Sherlock." She murmured. "You look great as well. I never knew you dressed up so nicely." She said.

he fixed his bow tie. "i look fairly ok when i actually try." he said, clearing his throat. "brother, why don't you go get something for all of us to drink? george, go with him."

Greg was about to say something, but thought it was better to not antagoniz Sherlock anymore. At least not today. The guy needed a break. He nodded, moving off with Mycroft.

Mary watched them leave before looking at Sherlock. She let out a soft laugh. “You do look nice, but even someone great like you still managed to miss a few details.” She said. She moved over, fixing the collar of the tux that had been standing up. “There. Now you look perfect.” Mary said.

he blinked, and re-popped his collar. "no." be said and narrowed his eyes. "now listen. i know you're not good for john, so if you ever hurt him, remember that i already know everything about you, and i can frame you in every way possible." he said quietly, before moving away and then turning to walk off.

Mary frowned, a bit shocked at his sudden words. She stood there for a momemt, watching Sherlock leave before turning and moving off as well. John had seen the two talking. He moved over, smiling. “You two bonding?” John asked. May glanced at John.

“Well, John He’s...He’s Sherlock, you know? He’s rather unpredictable.” Mary said. Unpredictable? John never really thought of Sherlock as that unlredictable before. Was it just because he had grown used to Sherlock’s ways when living with him? Probably. He should go speak to him though.

John then moved off, heading after Sherlock. After a momemt, he caught up to him. He lightly set a hand on his arm. “Sherlock? Is everything okay?” John asked.

sherlock looked at john and gave a tiny smile. "i'm fine. you know i just don't really like.. big events."
