Lance watched him. He blinked, watching him. "Keith, I could never be leader. Yeah I say I want to be. But, I know I'd never be the leader this group needs. And certainly not one They could look up to. Even during stressful situations, you still manage to keep your head on straight. You come up with plans and execute them flawlessly. You manage to get everyone to rally behind you. We all follow you without timing twice about it. That's not something I could ever do. And when you're in battle, you need the team to trust you and follow you. With me...They'd doubt me. And that could cost precious time and end up getting the others hurt or killed.
