Blue moved her head away after a momemt. Lance looked over when he spotted Red. “That’s another one of the lions. Keith pilots that one.” Lance said.

sherlock made a strangled noise, and moved away when he saw red move over. it dipped its head at sherlock and got down, jaw resting on the ground and opening. keith seemed to freeze at the sight.

Blue turned her head to Red. She let out a slight confused noise. Lance stared st Red, his eyes widening a bit. “Red...” Lance trailed off, watching the lion. John stared at the lion.

“What’s it doing?” John asked.

“It...Red choose Sherlock as it’s new pilot.” Lance murmured. He glanced over at Keith.

sherlock startled at him, visibly horrified. "what?! no! god, no! i'm not going to 'pilot' a hug ass cat!" he exclaimed.

Lance looked at Red. He then looked away. John stared at it. “...What do you do with this lion? What’s the point of piloting them?” John asked

Lance looked down. “To protect the galaxies. Form Voltron. It’s...Dangerous.” Lance said. “Because of this We never really have time to come back and visit earth all that often. So if you join, you may as well au goodbye to your family for a long time, if not forever.” He said.

John frowned. “...So if Sherlock goes, I’ll never see him again and he could die.” John siad. Lance stayed silent.

keith hesitated. "there.. is another lion who needs a pilot.."

Lance watched Keith. “...Keith, if Sherlock doesn’t want to join, you know we can’t force him. I’m sure there will be others who Red will see fit as well as the others.” Lance said

he scoffed. "please, you guys forced me into it. we don't get to chose if we pilot the lions or not. hey do." he muttered and gestured to the lions.

Lance blinked, looking at the lions. Blue let out a soft noise, as if agreeing. Lance sighed, looking at Sherlock. John stared at Red before looking at Keith. "You...Said there was another?" John asked.

"Yes. There's a yellow and black lion. However, like Keith said, the lions need to chose you before they let anyone on board or control them." he said.

keith sighed. "and red seems to like him so.. i doubt i'll be piloting her.."
