bc i got p.e and we are playing ultimate frisbee and i have weights on tuesday so

if it hurts until monday you could have bruised the bone (its possible! i once bruised my knee and got two weeks off in gym with full credit!) and going untreated could possibly damage the bone :^)

and tender to the touch and i can't put much pressure on it (like i tried to push myself up with that armwhen i woke up and collapsed so lit)
i can straighten it but hurts a lot
