Dipper had called Axel earlier that day when he had noticed Ford seemed like he was... getting ready for something. Like a date. Of course, his interest had instantly been peaked, and he had called his boyfriend, and was now tucked in near the doorway of the mystery shack with Axel, watching Ford heading out and humming softly to himself. He said quietly to Axel, shifting a bit, "H-He always goes out like t-t-this, like he's meeting someone s-somewhere."

axel hushed him and smirked. for once, he was wearing dark colours, and a beanie his most of his hair. "hush or you're gonna get us caught." he whispered, and started following ford silently.
