rick nodded. "let's go then.."

[peridot.]

Stan nodded and turned to the others, saying quietly, "You guys keep watch of the shop, alright? I'll be back." He then led Rick through the shop to the secret entrance of where he kept the portal, leading the other down. Ford frowned and rushed after, walking down and feeling his eyes widen as he saw the large portal, saying softly, "Oh, wow..."

younger rick stared at the portal as they switched it on, and older rick narrowed his eyes. "if this turns bad, push me in." he ordered stan.

[peridot.]

"Push you in? Are you cr- I mean, are you sure about that?" Stan said with a raised eyebrow, Ford watching and saying no words as he frowned.

[dannychan]

older rick nodded. "yeah. i caused this shit and i'm going to fucking fix it.. maybe if i go i can.. lock that dimension off and push ford back here.. but once i'm in, you shut it down, and you call beth." he ordered.

[peridot.]

"Alright, if you're sure about this." He said, sighing and glancing at the portal, and giving a little nod.

rick watched intently, before the ground shook and he grabbed onto the nearest object, and there was a flash from the portal.

[peridot.]

Young Ford jumped a bit as the portal flashed, and despite the fact that he couldn't be effected, he still stepped back a bit, eyes wide. There were sounds of struggle and yelling from the other side of the portal, and Stan was watching with a panicked gaze as someone stepped out of the portal - or rather, threw themselves through it. The figure slowly rose to its feet, and it was clear after a moment that it was older Ford. He looked... a lot different. He was around the same height - he hadn't gotten a sudden growth spurt like Rick had - but his hair was more dull and grey, and he had stubble on his face. He was wearing a long trench coat, and from the band that was strapped across his chest, it was clear it was full of weapons. He looked... exhausted. And injured. Stan quickly rushed over to close the portal nce he realized it was his brother, not wanting anything else to come through.

older rick looked at morty. "go.. flirt or whatever." he said, shooing the boy away. the boy scowled but left to go look at everything. older rick looked at stan. "you said the portal started working." he said in a hushed voice. "are you telling the truth or did you just want to punch me again?"

[peridot.]

Stan chuckled and said, smirking a bit, "Oh, trust me, I'd love to punch you again, but I was telling the truth. It started working." Ford was watching closely, his frown growing a bit deeper.
