Gladio was surprisingly still asleep in the tent. The boys were resting up ever since the events of Altissia. Ignis' eyes were damaged. He had lost his sight for a while, but thankfully his eyesight was back now. Everyone was just drained physically and mentally so they needed a break. All of them.

Noctis knew Ignis was still rather weak from his injuries. He knew everyone was drained. Emotions were running high. Hell, Noctis had broken down a few times. Only once in front of his friends. He learned that wasn't the best thing to do Becuase taht only causex gladio to get kissed and started an argument amongst the group. Any time he had to have a breakdown or even release a few tears, he made sure no one else was around to see it.

Noctis was the only one up right now. He was attempting to make breakfast for everyone since the others were asleep. He didn't want Ignis cooking right now. All he's ever done was cook and are for the group. Noctis had to repay him somehow. So he was gatheringnup all the knowledge he had taken from Ignis before and was trying to make a breakfast fit for the group.

prompto, surprisingly, hadn't slept that night. he had just lay in his tent, trembling horribly. he had had a very sent mental break down. at the moment, he was curled up, trembling still in his sleeping bag, finding it hard to breath.
iggy, however, was awake and starting breakfast. he looked at noct and sighed. "good morning, noct."

Noct glanced at Ignis. Just seeing his injuries made him inwardly flinch. However, he offered a small smile in an attempt to make himself seem more friendly. "By Specs." He said, acthinh him. "...You know you can relax today. I do remember some things from when I was younger and you were teaching me how to cook. I can make breakfast for you and the others today." He said

After a momemt, a pair of strings arms wrapped themselves around Prompto's small frame. Gladio had woken up and had noticed how bad Prompto was shaking. He had gone over, sitting next to him as he now cradled Prompto in his arms. He shushed him softly. "Hey...Its alright Prompto. Everything is going to be fine." He said

he chuckled. "no. i don't trust you with my grill."
prompto jumped and looked at him, before whimpering and moving closer.

Noctis scoffed. "Hey, I can cook. I just choose not to." He said with a soft smirk.

Gladio watched him. He shushed him softky. "It's okay Prompto. Just take deep slow breaths." He said

he laughed softly and shook his head.
he tried to take deep breaths, tears flooding his eyes.

He watched Ignis, sighing. "Ignis, I just don't want you straining yourself. I know you're still weak from your injuries. You've already done enough for me and the group. Just rest for the day." He said

prompto started sobbing into his chest so the others wouldn't hear, trembling worse than before.
