He nodded. Majima started looking around. He froze after a momemt when he heard some soft crying. He frowned, heading towards it

he looked around and started following the sound.

He frowned. He soon spotted a little girl that was curled up behind a table in the corner of the room in a building. Majima moved over to him. He slowly kneeled down in front of her. "Hey, sweetie. You okay?" Majima asked. She slowly lifted her gaze to him. She nodded, although she was shaking.

he moved over, frowning. "did they hurt you?"

She glanced at him. "N-No sir. I'm okay." She whispered. Majima looked her over just to double check and nodded.

"Okay. Come on, your mother is waiting for you." Majima said. He stood up, gently lifting her into his arms.

he nodded, looking around. "are you hungry? i also have water." he said, taking a canteen and a pastry wrapped in plastic from his jacket.

She shook her head. "I'm okay sir." She whispered. Majima shifted her before looking around.

he frowned. "how long has she been missing?"

He frowned. "I've been searching for a day now. If we go bring her back to the quarantine zone, her mother should be near the wall." Majima said.

he nodded, giving her the water. "atleast drink some." he told her.
