He blinked. "...I can cook for myself Dean." He said, watching him.

he frowned. "i'm not trusting you with a stove."

He glanced down. "...Yeah that's probably safe." He said. He looked over when he heard footsteps. Sam soon entered the kitchen. He glanced over.

"Cas! It's good to see you man. You doing okay?" He asked. Cas nodded.

dean looked over, frowning. "he hasn't eaten in two days and only got an hour of sleep."

Sam frowned, watching him. "Cas you need to take better care of yourself." He said

dean pointed a fork at his brother. "i was just getting to that lecture."

Sam glanced at Dean. Cas frowned. "Who are you lecturing? Me or Sam?" Cas asked

he crossed his arms. "both of you."

Cas and Sam shared a glance before looking at Dean. Sam sighed. "Dean you've lectured me enough. And I'm not changing my mind." He said

he frowned, staring at sam. he moved over, and back handed him right across the cheek. "i will lock you in the got damn demon hold, damn it!" he yelled.
