Cas had finally managed to get back to the bunker. He frowned, glancing around. Hehad lost his grace. And from what Dean had told him, Sam was trying to control Lucifer by letting him be possessed again by him. Cas knew that was a stupid idea. But of course Sam wouldn't listen to reason.

Cas soon entered the bunker, looking around. He blinked. "Dean? Sam? You guys here?" Cas called out.

dean was sat in bed, watching to quietly and trying to distract himself. then he heard cas, and he rolled out of bed, jumping to his get and racing out of the room. "cas!" he said in relief.

Cas glanced at Dean. He blinked, looking his friend over. "You look terrible." Cas said. He glanced up and met his gaze. "Have you been taking proper care of yourself?" Castiel asked.

he nodded. "as best as i can. i haven't really had much of an appitite but.. that's not important. you look like shit too.."

Cas frowned. "Well, I told you Dean. When I appeared in that town I was apparently really bloody and beaten up. And being human is...Harder then it looks." Cas said

he frowned. "when was the last time you ate and slept?" he asked.

He blinked. "...Well I slept for an hour last night and ate probably two days ago." He said. Cas looked at Dean. "That's not important. What's going on here? What's this talk of Sam trying to control Lucifer?" He askss

he frowned, leading cas into the kitchen and grabbing a bag of chips, handing it to him. "eat that while i figure something out.. and sam is just being an idiot. i told he that if he tried, it shoot him in the ass."

Cas frowned, watching him. "What are you doing Dean?" Cas asked. He moved over, setting the chips down on the table. He opened up the bag, starting to eat them slowly
