It was around two months later. Merlin had run away and gone back to his village. Arthur didn't track him down until now. He had to deliver a message to Merlin. Arthur soon arrived at the village. He glanced around. He frowned, moving over to where he kneel Merlin's mother's house was. He hesitated before knocking on the door.

his mother would rush to the door, only to gasp softly. "prince arthur!" she said, eyes wide. "why are you here?" she asked. merlin never stayed in the village too long. he'd be gone for days before returning, and hed just left that morning.

He blinked, giving her a soft smile. "Hello miss." He said. "I'm looking for your son, Merlin. Is he here by any chance?" He asked

she shook her head. "no. why?"

He blinked. "There's something important I need to tell him regarding Guiass." Arthur said.

she frowned. "what about him?"

Arthur was silent for a momemt before sighing. "He had fallen sick recently. However he was the only physician there. He didn't take time off of work like I told him too. And being up there in age, his condition only got worse. He ended up passing away last night." Arthur said

he blinked. "oh.. i'm so sorry.."

He blinekd. "It's alright. It's really Merlin that'll be more affected by this. BugI know he cosifered Guiass a father figure. It's only right to let him know. Do you know where he was heading off to?" He asked

she hesitated. "All i know is he goes into the forest.."
