"you love him." he said quickly and dean stared at him, and his shoulders seemed to slack slightly, but he continued to think. "is he your brother?" dean didn't respond, just paced. carl hesitated. Sam soon finished patching Cas up. He sighed, sitting down on a chair and running his hands through his hair. Cas was struggling to breathe. He looked really pale and weak
