I'm vv new so I was wondering how much is considered a good amount of points for an art request. I posted something about it on FF because I'm trying to get that youtube channel set up and I'd like to have art of the character (Sheer) I'm using as the "face" of it.

depends on the artist and the size/complicity. 80pts = $1us, so thats a good way to look at it! look for artists who have a commission section on their profile, since that's a better way to find exact prices. if the artist you're looking at doesn't have that, take a look at their art and make an offer - my advice would be to offer low with room to go higher, so that you aren't overpaying because someone didn't wanna tell you that they charge less
